• The quality, timeliness, or performance of third-party vendors
• Any damages, injuries, or losses caused by third-party vendors
• Changes to vendor availability, pricing, or policies

Contracts with third-party vendors are between you and the vendor directly. We will assist in coordinating and managing these relationships as part of our services.
